Lassen County District 2 Supervisor Gary Bridges released the names of the speakers who will participate in the 6:30 p.m. Thursday, July 8 Town Hall Meeting to discuss the proposed closure of the California Correctional Center.
The public is invited to attend the meeting, but Bridges asks everyone to arrive by 6 p.m. so the meeting can begin promptly at 6:30 p.m.
The speakers include Bridges, Susanville Mayor Mendy Schuster, Interim Susanville City Administrator Dan Newton, SEIU Union Representative for CCC Jack Dean, SEIU Union President R.L. Brown, Lassen County District Attorney Melyssah Rios, District 1 State Senator Brian Dahle and Stakeholders Committee Representative Kerri Cobb.
