A TASTE OF BEEF, A SIP OF WINE

The Lassen County Cattlemen and Cattlewomen present A Taste of Beef, A Sip of Wine from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 8 at Susanville Elks Lodge. Tickets are available from any CattleWoman or at the Chamber of Commerce. Attendees must be 21 years of age. Additionally, local band Timeless will be performing from 9 p.m. to midnight.

TIME TO GET YOUR DANCE ON

Jessica Newton-Wade, owner of JandJ Performing Arts, is taking open enrollment now. Newton-Wade has classes that can fit just about any dance style you want to learn. MONTHLY DIABETES CLASS

Northeastern Rural Health Clinics host free monthly diabetes classes where attendees can learn how to manage diabetes and reduce health risks. Everyone is welcome. They are held at Northeastern Health Center at 1850 Spring Ridge Drive in Susanville, next to Banner Lassen Medical Center, from 2 to 4 p.m. the third Tuesday of each month.
