SHORTER DAYS HAVE YOU SINGING THE BLUES?
Are the shorter days getting you down? Jon and Rachelle Barker, owners of Sierra Tan, tell us they have something to help: Red light therapy. With the shorter and colder days we tend to stay indoors more. The “red bed” can help you with Seasonal Adjustment Disorder (S.A.D.). Barker tells us not only does it help with S.A.D., it will also increase collagen levels in your skin, help with chronic and acute pain, promote healing and much more. Sierra Tan is offering a deal on “Red Bed” minutes this month. Stop by 60 Hall St. just behind the police station in Susanville or call 257-TANS (8267).
