Business Scene for the week of 4/30/19

CUSTOMER APPRECIATION DAYS ARE COMING
It’s time for the annual Customer Appreciation Days shop local event. The promotion will kick off with the special insert publishing in the Lassen County Times, the Westwood PinePress and the Chester Progressive the week of May 7 and 8. Inside you’ll find personal messages from the participating sponsors thanking the community for supporting their business. They’ve also put together some great sale specials and you can win wonderful prizes at their in store drawings.
In this week’s paper you’ll also find the event ad that has an entry form for you to win one of four $25 shopping sprees. All you have to do is cut out the form, tell us why you love shopping at the local sponsor and then drop it off in their drawing box anytime from May 7 through May 12. Feel free to copy the entry form, so you can enter at as many businesses as you like. Plus you can enter the promotion drawings that week to win your share of the rest of the $500 in shopping spree giveaways. On Friday, May 10 you’ll be able to enjoy complimentary appetizers while you shop. Be sure to mark your calendar and don’t miss out on this special community-wide event and save some extra money on gifts for Mother’s Day, graduation or for your home and garden.
