IT’S TIME TO GET FIT AND FABULOUS
Rudy and Dora Valentine, owners of Iron Horse Gym, want to remind you that this is the perfect time to start a gym membership and get moving toward your health and fitness goals. “The cold winter months makes it easy to gain a few unwanted extra pounds because no one really likes walking on the icy roads,” Valentine said. The gym has 24-hour access available. They have family and student membership discounts, and offer the Silver Sneakers program for older adults. Their staff can help you customize a workout routine for your personal fitness level, too. So don’t put off feeling and looking fabulous any longer, when you can start making some small changes today to make for an even brighter tomorrow.
