“Our investigation follows and names Border Patrol agents under Gregory Bovino, from their first proof-of-concept raid in Bakersfield in January 2025, to Los Angeles, Chicago and Minneapolis,” said Hu. “The video evidence suggests that agents’ tactics became more brazen with each stop, while improperly tracking incidents – even using ChatGPT to generate a use-of-force report.
