Petitioner Jeffry Edward LeSer filed a petition with this court for a decree changing names as follows:

Present name: JEFFRY EDWARD LESER to Proposed name: JEFFREY EDWARD LESEUR.

THE COURT ORDERS that all persons interested in this matter appear before this court at the hearing indicated below to show cause, if any, why the petition for change of name should not be granted. Any person objecting to the name changes described above must file a written objection that includes the reasons for the objection at least two court days before the matter is scheduled to be heard and must appear at the hearing to show cause why the petition should not be granted. If no written objection is timely filed, the court may grant the petition without a hearing.

Notice of Public Hearing

The Zoning Administrator will hold a public hearing on the following matter on Wednesday, May 8, 2019, in the Conference Room of the Plumas County Permit Center, 555 Main Street, Quincy, CA.

10 a.m. Special Use Permit – Structure Addition

David and Chrisandra House, property owner

This project is a Special Use Permit for the expansion of a lawful non-conforming use (addition to cabinet shop) located at 411 Arbutus Drive, Lake Almanor, CA; Assessor Parcel Number 104-362-002-000; T28N/R8E/Section 19, MDM. The Special Use Permit is required under Plumas County Code Section 9-2.503(a)(2).

This project is exempt under CEQA Guidelines [Section 15061(b)(3)] as Plumas County Codes reflected in Special Use Permit conditions, as well as permitting requirements of state and local agencies, serve to address any possible impacts.

NOTICE OF UPDATING BYLAWS HEARING

NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Clear Creek Community Services District has adopted new preliminary bylaws. A copy of the said updated bylaws can be obtained at the district office located at 462-895 Clear Creek Drive during the hours of 9 to 4 Mon-Fri or you can call to request a copy be mailed to you at (530) 256-3096 or view them on our new website at clearcreekcsd.specialdistrict.org. The Board of Directors of the Clear Creek Community Services District at their regular board meeting located at the Clear Creek Firehouse, on Hwy 147, Thursday, June 06, 2019, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. will take any public input before a final vote and the new bylaws come into effect.
