City Council hosts special meeting

The Susanville City Council holds a special meeting at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Sept. 12 at City Hall.

The meeting begins with a closed session conference with legal counsel regarding the city’s lawsuit against the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation et al.

When the meeting returns to open session, the council will hold a discussion regarding homelessness within the city.

The next regularly scheduled city council meeting will be held at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 21.
