County Road A21 closed: If you’re still in Westwood, evacuate now

If you’re still in Westwood, you need to evacuate now, the Lassen County Sheriff’s Office warned.

“County Road A-21 is now closed due to fire. We anticipate that Highway 36 between Westwood and Susanville will close soon. If you are still in Westwood, you need to evacuate now,” the 4:30 p.m. alert read.
