COVID-19 Project Baseline testing extended in Lassen County

The state funding for the COVID-19 Project Baseline Testing is extended until Dec. 31, according to a Monday, Nov. 30 statement from the Lassen COVID-19 Incident Command. The Lassen County Public Health (LCPH) will continue to offer free drive-through COVID-19 testing through Dec. 31 at the Public Health Department, located at 1445 Paul Bunyan Road as follows:

  • 9 a.m. to noon Tuesday, Dec. 1
  • 1 to 4 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 2
  • 9 a.m. to noon, Thursday, Dec. 3

The following weeks will be updated every Friday.

Remember, you must register online at projectbaseline.com/study/covid-19/ prior to arriving at the clinic. Project Baseline Testing is only available for individuals 13 years and older. Teens and youth ages 13 to 17 must be under the supervision of a legal guardian. Contact your healthcare provider for more information about COVID-19 testing options. LCPH will continue to provide COVID-19 Contact Tracing to contain and prevent the transmission of COVID-19.
