According to a Facebook post, Corey Jay Cutler was convicted by jury Nov. 28 on a misdemeanor resisting arrest charge.
While incarcerated at the Lassen County Jail, Cutler became involved in an altercation and refused orders to return to his cell, resulting in a battery to a correctional deputy who subsequently had complaints of injury. The Lassen County District Attorney’s Office sought a felony convictions, but the jury returned a misdemeanor conviction.
