Do you have any information about missing person Christen Danae Pelletier?

The Susanville Police Department seeks any information from the public regarding missing person Christen Danae Pelletier, 49, of Susanville.

According to a statement issued today, Friday, Feb. 7, by the SPD, Pelletier’s father filed a missing person’s report the afternoon of Jan. 10, 2023. He indicated that he had not heard from his daughter for a couple of months, which was unusual. Her name was entered into the Missing and Unidentified Persons System and attempts to contact the individuals her father thought she might be staying with proved unsuccessful.

According to the statement, on Jan. 11, her information was posted on the NamUs.gov missing person’s webpage to assist in generating leads to locate her. As a result of her profile being posted, numerous tips came in. Officers followed up on all tips; however, there has been no success in locating her.

According to the statement, Pelletier called 911 on her cell phone requesting assistance. Unfortunately, her cell phone disconnected before dispatch could obtain information regarding her location. SPD officers checked the area of Highway 139 to just past the city limits sign with negative results.
