Don’t forget to Cram the Van!

Lassen Family Services, Susanville Supermarket IGA, the California Correctional Center and High Desert State Prison host Cram the Van from 3 to 7 p.m. today Friday, Sept. 10 in front of Susanville Supermarket.

According to a statement from LFS, LFS will collect nonperishables (canned goods, dry goods, non perishables and toiletries) for their food boxes.

“Lassen Family Services’ food boxes will be available by appointment,” according to a flyer for the event. “Anyone can make an appointment and pick up a food box every two weeks. Pick up will be directly from the clothing closet located on the same lot, behind our main office. To schedule an appointment, call 257-4599.”
