Free Self Defense Class

Lassen Family Services is partnering with the All-American Mixed Martial Arts Academy to host a FREE self-defense class! This class will take place on Saturday, April 9th from 2-4PM. The class is open to everyone ages 12 and up. There is a limited capacity, so be sure to register through the link below ASAP! lfsselfdefense.eventbrite.com
During this event, learn basic moves to defend yourself from an attacker. This is also a perfect opportunity for those that have always wanted to learn the skills but don’t know where to start.
