There are rumors circulating around town about a Federal Bureau of Investigation action on View Drive, but no details are available.
Both Lassen County Sheriff John McGarva and Susanville Public Safety Chief Allen Sobol said they were aware of the FBI’s visit to Susanville, but their agencies did not participate in the action.
McGarva and Sobol both referred LassenNews.com to the FBI for more details.
LassenNews.com’s attempts to obtain more information from the FBI by phone were unsuccessful because their phone system would not complete our call at that time.
The FBI does not accept emails from the public so we were unable to request information through email.
