The Lassen County Fish and Game Commission hosts its monthly meeting at 7 p.m. Thursday Sept. 17 at Veterans Memorial Hall on Main Street in Susanville.
Items on the agenda include approval of the minutes from the Aug. 20 meeting; a presentation by California Department of Fish and Wildlife Deputy Director Stafford Lehr, Wildlife and Fisheries Division, and CDFW Regional Manager Tina Bartlett, Northern Region regarding a local implementation strategy for the Conservation Plan for Gray Wolves in California (information for livestock producers, local governments, organizations and other stakeholders, proposed CDFW wolf location reporting systems, public comment and a discussion by the commission members.
