Wade Workman, president of the Lassen Sportsmen’s Club, announced the fish plants for the Junior Fishing Derby, held Saturday, Sept. have been scheduled.

“Amy Holley and her Wal-Mart crew will be on hand to cook breakfast … Finally, some of you may have noticed the restrooms have been demolished at Memorial Park. This has been done to make way for new bathrooms. The city of Susanville has placed portable toilets on site. As part of the demolition, power has been cut to the grandstand and water has been cut to the snack bar. Russ Bates of Novah Electric has been kind enough to offer some job site battery powered lighting.”
