After seven years, flag football returns to Lassen County middle schools. The first game happened on Wednesday Sept. 12 where the Diamond View Panthers went against the Janesville Wildcats.
The first victory in the sport, after several years on hiatus, came from Diamond View Panthers. The quarterback, Blaine Wolf, led the panthers to their first victory of the season against Janesville.
