The deadline for Salvation Army Thanksgiving Boxes is tomorrow, Friday, Oct. 28; however, the Salvation Army has extended the deadline for Angel Tree and Christmas Food boxes until Nov. 11.
According to a Facebook post, “This year we have one application for all three holiday programs: Thanksgiving Food boxes, Christmas Food boxes, and Angel Tree gifts for kids. We have tried to make the process a bit easier, and you can now complete the entire application and upload required documents from your own phone or computer. Just take a picture of the required document and you will be able to upload it while filling out the form. Scan the QR code or click this link:
“For those who prefer, you can print the application, fill it out and bring required documentation and the application to the office at 1560 Main Street (in the Grocery Outlet center), or come to the office and pick up an application.”
