Gaylene was born in Susanville, California, on March 4,1965, to Sally and Cecil Fain. Gaylene was called to Heaven on December 15th, 2021.
Gaylene graduated from Lassen High School in 1983. She worked at Sierra Army Depot as an Administrative Assistant and had 22 years of Government service. Gaylene was a wonderful loving mother of three children and grandmother of six. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy.
Gaylene is survived by her son, Joshua (Emily) Chandler; daughters Nichole (Devin) Chandler and Samantha Chandler; father Cecil Fain; sister Sheila Nixon (Bob Perry); brother-in-law Dennis (Jamie) Nixon; sister-in-law Betsy Fain; six grandchildren, Valencina, Marcellas, Elias, Ezeriah, Kevin, Marcus; and many nieces and nephews.
Gaylene was preceded in death by her mother Sally Ann Fain and her brother Darin Ray Fain.
