Caltrans District 2 announced scheduled Highway 36 blast work for Tuesday and Saturday, which may cause drivers some delays.
According to Caltrans District 2, crews are scheduled to do blast work along Highway 36 near Fredonyer Pass around 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 6, and again around 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 10. Each session is expected to last less than 45 minutes. Motorists are advised to use alternate routes to avoid delays. As with any planned work, schedules can be subject to change.
