Pat Holley, who recently resigned as general manager of the Lassen Municipal Utility District is now the manager at Honey Lake Power, according to a Facebook post attributed to his wife, Amy Holley, on Susanville Hot Topics.

The LMUD board appointed Holley interim general manager in April 2021 and general manager in July. Holley resigned his position at LMUD June 28, 2023, and received 18-month’s salary ($339,050.40 in a lump sum) and benefits as part of a July 25, settlement agreement with the LMUD board of directors after he alleged the board forced him to resign in order to hire a younger general manager.
According to the post on Susanville Hot Topics, “At approximately 10:30 Friday night PG&E had an outage on the Caribou transmission line. HL Power remained online and islanded with LMUD. PG&E does not have an estimated time of restoration, but it may be into Saturday before operations are restored to normal. — Pat Holley, Manager HLPower.”
