Honey Lake Valley Pool reopens

According to a statement from Kevin Jones, interim city administrator for the city of Susanville, the Honey Lake Valley Community Pool has reopened. The pool closed earlier this week due to smoke from the Hog Fire.

“Effective immediately,” the statement read, “the HLVRA community pool is open. Although they are on a regular schedule, the pool manager will be fitting in make-up times for the missed swimming lessons. Please reach out directly to the community pool for information on make-up dates and times.”
