Host families sought for exchange students

The Children of All Nations Student Ambassador Exchange Program offers opportunities for cultural exchange for high school students from Spain, Italy, Brazil and Asia to study in American public schools and live with an American family.  The agency is currently looking for families all over your community who are interested in hosting international exchange students for the 2022-2023 academic year.

The international students are 15 to 18 years old, speak English and are eager to learn more about American culture. Students can attend any public high school. Host families are required to provide a room, meals, transportation and a loving environment. No other expenses for the host family.

One previous host mother said, “We have hosted twice between 2017 and 2019. Our first student came from Spain with SAE. This experience changed our family forever. Through this exchange program, I gained children who I can now call my own. Even though they only stay for 10 months, they will always be mine. This experience opened our family to the possibility of adoption and as a result, we adopted a 6-year-old boy who is originally from Burundi. We have learned so much about ourselves and the countries we have hosted from.”
