Lassen Community College sophomore softball player Mia Torres is a returning All-American for the Lady Cougars after finishing the 2017 season with a 0.475 batting average, which ranked her as the 20th hitter in California community colleges; she also finished the 2017 season with a 0.509 on-base percentage and led the team in home runs, doubles and triples. Torres earned a banner that advertises her status as an All-American player and a member of the First-Team All-Conference for the 2017 season.
