Lassen Cares announced Tuesday one current hospitalization and five known current COVID-19 community cases.
As of the July 20 update, there are five active cases in Lassen County, 2,200 recovered, one current hospitalization and there have been 24 deaths: A total of 2,230 community cases.
Additionally, there have been 7,378 vaccine doses administered by Lassen County Public Health. This does not reflect the vaccines provided by other organizations in the area. The local public health department is still offering vaccines, and appointments can be made at myturn.ca.gov.
At the local correctional institutions, Lassen Cares reports there are 0 active cases, 2,024 recovered and two deaths at High Desert State Prison. Additionally, there is one active case and 1,365 recovered cases at CCC, and 0 active and 235 recovered at FCI Herlong.
