Lassen Cares announces seven active community cases, 2,030 recovered

As of the 5 p.m. Monday, March 29 update, there are seven active COVID-19 community cases, 2,030 recovered, there are no current hospitalizations and there have been 22 deaths: A total of 2,059 community cases, this includes previously unreported cases, according to Lassen Cares.
There have been 4,162 vaccines administered, not including doses from Banner Lassen Medical Center or CDCR.

At the local correctional institutions, Lassen Cares reports there are 0 active cases, 2,024 recovered and two deaths at High Desert State Prison. Additionally, there are 2 active cases and 1,331 recovered cases at CCC, and zero active and 235 recovered at FCI Herlong.

Positive correctional staff tests, if they live in Lassen County, are included in the community cases. As of the March 26 update, according to the CDCR COVID-19 tracker, at CCC there are currently 3 active staff cases, and 6 active staff cases at HDSP.
