Lassen Cares reports 103 COVID-19 cases in county, 12 active

As of Friday morning, Sept. 25, Lassen Cares reported there are 103 community cases of COVID-19 in Lassen County, 12 of which are currently active, 91 are recovered. There are no current hospitalizations or deaths due to the virus.

The Lassen Cares website also details information regarding COVID-19 at local correctional institutions. At CCC there is one active case and 628 recovered. At HDSP there is one active case and four recovered, and there is one active case and two recovered at the Federal Correctional Institution, Herlong.

There have been 7,674 tests administered, with 7,497 returning negative and 74 pending.

The county has administered 249 serology tests for antibodies with 247 negative results and two positive tests.
