There are 23 active COVID-19 community cases Friday, and another currently hospitalized person, according to Lassen Cares, the county’s hub for information regarding the Novel Coronavirus.
According to the 9:30 a.m. Friday, Nov. 6 update, there are 23 active cases, 121 recovered, one is currently hospitalized and there was one death in October. The Thursday, Nov. 5 update listed 16 active cases.
Yesterday, Lassen High School officials announced a second positive case, and said the campus would move to temporary distance learning starting today.
At the local correctional institutions, CCC has zero active cases and 626 recovered, HDSP has two active and four recovered, and FCI Herlong has eight active and four recovered.
There have been 10,144 tests administered, with 9,903 returning as negative and 95 tests pending.
