The Lassen County Democrats have changed the date of its August meeting.
According to a statement from the party, “Due to the popularity of the Lassen Chamber Mixer this Thursday, we will move our monthly Democratic Central Committee to 5:30 p.m. next Thursday, Aug. 24.
“While in September we will hold its annual elections for LCDCC officers (dues are also due in September), this month we will need to re-look at our roster in addition to the agenda for 2024. Reminder: we have multiple open positions for voting members on the LCDCC roster.”
