Lassen County Planning Commission meeting includes a Housing Element Community Workshop

The Lassen County Planning Commission meets at 1:10 p.m. Nov. 7 at the Board of Supervisors Chambers, 707 Nevada St.

At 1:10 p.m. the commission convenes with the flag salute, roll call, a general update of planning activities, matters initiated by commissioners, correspondence, presentations by staff, approval of minutes and matters initiated by the general public.

Items on the agenda include: 1:15 p.m. a continued public hearing for Janis Hill and the development of a 29.72-acre parcel near Clear Creek; at 1:20 p.m. a public hearing regarding a camping ordinance and a general plan amendment; at 1:25 p.m. a public hearing to divide a 219.81-acre parcel into one parcel and a remainder in the Standish/Litchfield area; at 1:30 p.m. a public hearing and workshop on the Lassen County Housing Element; and at 1:35 p.m. the Lassen County Public Works Department Review for Conformity with the Lassen County General Plan regarding the abandonment/vacation of Laurel Way.
