Lassen County Planning Commission meets tomorrow

The Lassen County Planning Commission meets at 1:10 p.m. tomorrow, May 7, in the Board of Supervisors Chambers, 707 Nevada St.

Items on the agenda include a general update of planning activities, matters initiated by commissioners, correspondence, presentations by staff, approval of minutes and matters initiated by the general public.

At 1:20 p.m. the commission will consider a request for a 16-month extension for Tentative Parcel Map No. 2021-0l — lands of Sukhpal Gajj and Joginder Gondal.

At 1:25 p.m., the commission will consider a request for an extension of Tentative Parcel Map No. 2022-002 — lands of Thomas and Brenda Pasqual.

At 1:35 p.m., the commission will hold a Public Hearing on Use Permit No. 2024—2 — State Mountain Renewables to allow the repermitting of a temporary 197-foot meteorological tower 6 miles northwest of Stones Landing at Eagle Lake.

At 1:40 p.m., the commission will hold a Public Hearing on Use Permit No. 2023-002 — LP Deudagos LLC regarding a proposal to separate a use permit for three parcels and approve a new permit for an RV Park at 509-725 Stones Road in Susanville.

At 1:45 p.m., the commission will hold a Public Hearing on Use Permit No. 2023-004 — Traphagan to replace the existing permit to allow an additional 18 RV spaces with hook-ups and 19 full space hook-ups for park model manufactured homes at 509-625 and 509-700 Stones Road, Susanville.
