Lassen County reports 105 community COVID-19 cases

Lassencares.org, Lassen County’s COVID-19 information site, reports 105 COVID-19 cases in Lassen County as of 7:47p.m. Saturday, Oct. 3.

According to lassencares.org, there have been 105 total community cases — 100 recovered cases and five active cases. One person is currently hospitalized and there have been zero deaths.

According to lassencares, there have been 637 inmate cases at correctional facilities in Lassen County. There are no active cases and 627 recovered cases at the California Correctional Center. There are no active cases and four recovered cases at High Desert State Prison. There are four active cases and two recovered case at the Federal Correctional Institution, Herlong.

The county has administered 8,876 tests with 8,633 negative results and 21 tests results pending.

The county has administered 249 serology tests for antibodies with 247 negative results and two positive tests.
