Lassen County Sheriff’s Office releases March statistics

The Lassen County Sheriff’s Office recently released its statistics for the month of March.

Lassen County Jail
The Lassen County Jail had an average daily population of 105 inmates (79 felony inmates, eight misdemeanor inmates and 80 bookings).

911 Dispatch Center
The 911 Dispatch Center received a total of 3,293 calls (2,389 nonemergency calls and 904 911 calls) for an average of 105 calls per day.

Patrol Operations
The LCSO received 323 calls for service and had 279 deputy-initiated contacts. Deputies made 12 felony arrests, 25 misdemeanor arrests, issued 28 citations and handled 10 coroner’s cases.
