In a solemn and moving event, Lassen Family Services invites the public to join in its annual Wreath Laying Ceremony from 10 to 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 22 at the Lassen County Sheriff’s Office, 1415 Sheriff Cady Lane.
The annual event honors regional law enforcement officers — Lassen County Sheriff Deputy Larry Griffith, Susanville Police Officer Robert McElrath and Modoc County Sheriff Deputy Jack Hopkins — all of whom lost their lives to domestic violence.
