Lassen Family Services responds to COVID-19, implements procedures

Lassen Family Services has implemented the following procedures in response to COVID-19:

  • The lobby doors will be closed to participants and members of our community so that everyone can remain safe during this time.
  • Staff will be working remotely for the most part and coming in when needed.
  • Communication with staff, participants, and the public will be done through phone/email/web conferences/zoom.
  • If there is an emergency with participants that cannot be handled through these methods, LFS staff will respond.
  • If it is necessary that a participant has to come to the office, staff has been instructed to meet with the participant downstairs in the basement so that adherence to the 6 foot rule is kept.
