Lassen JV softball dominating their division

he Lassen High School JV softball team has had an incredible season going, 16-2 for the overall season totally undefeated in league and on a 12 win streak.

Tuesday, May 7 the JV girls swept Central Valley in a home doubleheader, defeating them in the first game 12-1 and in their second 13-3.

Lassen vs. Central Valley game one:
Pitching for the JV girls was Jordan Smith who pitched all five innings, only allowing two hits, one run, zero walks and a whopping 11 strike outs.

JV batter Kk Shirley went 2-for-3 with one home run, and a total of five RBIs.

Pitcher Smith had two hits including a home run.

Lastly was Jocelyn Lewis who also hit a home run.

Lassen vs. Central Valley game two:
Shirley pitched in game two, where she allowed five hits, three runs, two walks, and an impressive seven strike outs.

Smith hit 2-for-2 with a double and home run, Lily Delcarlo garnered two hits one being a triple with three appearances at bat, Smith managed the same with two hits—one a triple.

Chasea Olexiewicz went two hits with three showings at bat.

The JV girls final game was an away game against Central Valley on Friday, May 7, results were unavailable at press time.
