According to a statement from the Lassen County Superior Court, a new Public Access Portal is now available to the public.
“The Superior Court of California, County of Lassen has recently completed a conversion to a new Case Management System, with the integration of this system a new Public Access Portal has been established. The new Public Access Portal has been activated and was made available for public access this morning.
“The Public Access Portal is accessible through the Lassen Superior Court’s website www.LassenCourt.ca.gov under Online Services > Case Index & Calendar Portal. Information on cases filed after about 1994 is available on the portal. Financial information – a record of fines and fees owed and paid, Party and Attorney information; Court Docket – a record of documents filed, hearings held and scheduled, etc.; as well as daily and weekly Court Calendars are available through this new portal.
“An email address [email protected] has been made available to address questions and/or concerns with the new portal. This email is not to be used for any communications regarding cases, proceedings, records requests, or other operations-related services and is intended solely for correspondence related to notices and memorandums such as this. Emails to this address are reviewed and addressed as they’re received and responses will be issued only if clarifying information is needed or if a direct response is warranted.
“We thank you for your cooperation and appreciate your patience throughout this process. The Public Access Portal is one step toward the Court’s goal of improving access to justice and in fulfilling our mission of upholding the rule of law by providing justice fairly, impartially and consistently, protecting the rights and liberties guaranteed by the constitution of the State of California and the constitution of the United States of America. “
