LCSO releases August crime statistics

The Lassen County Sheriff’s Office has released its monthly statistics for August according to Facebook.

According to the statement, the Lassen County Jail’s average daily population was 105, including 91 felony inmates, 14 misdemeanor inmates and 100 bookings.

The 911 dispatch center received a total of 4,188 calls including 3,096 non-emergency calls and an average of 135 calls per day.

Patrol operations reported 432 calls for service, 144 deputy initiated contacts, 18 felony arrests, 27 misdemeanor arrests, 28 citations issued and 11 coroner’s cases.
