LCSO seeks information on missing Doyle man
The Lassen County Sheriff’s Office asks for the public’s help locating a missing man from Doyle.

According to a statement from the LCSO, a missing person’s report was filed about 9:50 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 27. Family members reported Paul Bringman, 55, left his residence in Doyle on an ATV between 11 and 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 26. Bringman said he was going for a ride and would be back in a little while. After Bringman failed to return home after dark, family members began searching for him until around midnight. They said Bringman does not usually ride his ATV for extended periods of time. One citizen reported seeing him on his ATV about 11:30 a.m. in the Doyle Loop and Hackstaff Road area in Doyle. Bringman left his cell phone, wallet and helmet at his residence.
Deputies immediately began a thorough ground search of the Doyle, Herlong and off-highway vehicle areas. The California Highway Patrol assisted in the search with their helicopter. As of today, Friday, Jan. 28, the search for Bringman continues.
Bringman is a white male, 55, 6’1” tall, 145 pounds with brown hair, blue eyes and a large gray/brown beard. He was last seen wearing black coveralls, green/tan jacket with an orange collar, black beanie cap, black boots and he was carrying a blue/orange backpack. His ATV is a gray/white 2011 Yamaha 660 Raptor.
