A community forum where interested people may offer their opinions on the hiring of a new Lassen Union High School District superintendent has changed.
The forum is now set for 6 p.m. tomorrow, Wednesday, Jan. 23 at the Lassen Union High School District board room at 1000 Main St. in Susanville.
During the forum, the community is invited to provide input and learn more about the process. There they can provide input pertaining to three main questions: What are some wanted personal and professional qualities for a new superintendent, what do they think the district’s strengths are and what are some possible challenges the new hire might face. Attendees do not have to make an appointment to participate.
Moreover, those wishing to provide input about the district’s new superintendent search may access an online survey at lassenhigh.org/superintendent-search/.
