“Friday was a game where we knew going in we were the better team after blowing them out on Tuesday. I was proud of the girls for coming out in the first inning and putting up 11 runs so the game was never in doubt,” wrote head coach Paul Moore.

Heading into the week, the Grizzlies have a conference record of 4-0, and 10-3 overall.

“This week is the week,” wrote Moore. “Yreka is 4-0 in league and so are we, so the league championship is on the line this week. Everyone is very excited and looking forward to a great battle.”

The Grizzilies head to Yreka Tuesday, May 11, and again Friday, May 14.
