LMUD outage planned for Eagle Lake customers

LMUD customers who are currently being served by the emergency electric generator will experience a power outage from 8 a.m. to about 6 p.m. Friday, October 5, according to LMUD Public Relations Manager Theresa Phillips.

“The outage is necessary in order for LMUD to switch service from the generator to the underground line that will serve the Eagle Lake customers. Affected areas include, Spalding, Bucks Bay, Grasshopper and Stones. The outage is contingent on weather and could be delayed due to inclement conditions,” she continued.
