The Lassen Municipal Utility District Board holds a regularly scheduled meeting at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 24 at its district office, 65 S. Roop St.
Items on the agenda include a closed session conference with labor negotiators and a public employee performance evaluation.
The board will elect its officers for the 2023 year; discuss a legislative session update; discuss purchased power costs; receive staff member reports; receive board member reports; approve minutes from the Dec. 30 meeting; receive a financial report from the accounting and finance manager; receive report from the general manager; receive a report from the electric operations manager; and receive a report for the business manager.
The board may take action on the UAMPS/LMUD Pooling Agreement; and an MOU between IBEW Local 1245 and LMUD.
The board’s next regularly scheduled meeting will be held at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 28.
