These games featured the top 60 players representing 37 schools. The teams were divided into North and South squads, North representing schools from Red Bluff north to the Oregon border, South squad representing school south of Red Bluff to Arbuckle.

According to tournament director, Scott Kelly, being one of the best means that your player can play basketball but also fits the following criteria as outlined to all coaches.

“Players should not only possess above average basketball skill and IQ but also be coachable and exhibit respect for the game, teammates, opponents, coaches and officials,” Kelly said. “We take these criteria very seriously and appreciate the selection process honoring players that exhibit these traits.”
