Looking for the fall spectacuar colors?

Recent rains and clearing weather have created excellent conditions for fall outings on the Bizz Johnson National Recreation Trail between Susanville and the Devil’s Corral Trailhead 7 miles east of town, according to a statement from the Bureau of Land Management. BLM reports the trail surface is nicely packed, with no dust, and the fall colors are peaking along the Susan River. The trail is accessible from the Lassen Street, Miller Road and Hobo Camp trailheads in Susanville. Photos submitted
