“I’m the co-director of HeartShine, and this amazing young lady has held various titles with our inner-beauty/community service based pageant system for four years,” said Danna Mack-Barnes. “Last February in Sacramento, she took home the very high honor of Miss California Spirit Queen. She never fails to make a difference whenever and wherever she can.”
The self-motivated Anderson has taken on the task of maintaining Robs Bench — despite the pandemic and social distancing requirements.
“This titleholder shines in her compassion and love of caring for her community,” Mack-Barnes said.
