Multi-agency operation targets Susanville White Boys gang, many arrested
Update: Thursday, Oct. 4: The Lassen County Sheriff’s Office released the names of those under arrest and those still outstanding from the Wednesday, Oct. 3 multi-agency operation targeting the alleged methamphetamine and heroin storage and distribution centers operated by the Susanville White Boys gang.
Suspects under arrest Wednesday, Oct. 3 include:
Corinne Behm, 39, of Susanville, on a misdemeanor charge of possession of a controlled substance.
Chyanne Brazier, 29 of Susanville, on felony charges of criminal conspiracy and transportation of a controlled substance.
Catlin Juneau, 28, of Susanville, on misdemeanor charges of entering a commercial dwelling and obstructing an officer.
Ashley Mazy, 24, of Susanville, on felony charges of criminal conspiracy and transportation of a controlled substance.
Diana Nasser, 34, of Susanville, on a misdemeanor charge of failure to appear.
Erika Schmid, 44, of Ravendale, on felony charges of being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm and own, possess or control a firearm.
Evette Shoemaker, 48, of Susanville, on a felony charge of transportation of a controlled substance.
Jeremiah Smith, 28, of Susanville, on a misdemeanor charge of failure to appear.
Loana Solorzano, 47, of Susanville, on felony charges of transportation, sale of a controlled substance and criminal conspiracy.
Michael Spiller, 29, of Susanville, on felony charges of prohibited person owning, possessing a firearm, possession of a controlled substance while armed, prohibited person owning of possessing, carrying a concealed weapon, possession of a large capacity magazine, a misdemeanor charge of selling or leasing firearms and charges of possession of stolen property and transportation/sales of a controlled substance.
Walter Sullivan Jr., 35, of Susanville, on felony charges of a prohibited person owning or possessing a firearm and possession of a Billy club.
Schon Taylor, 59, of Susanville, on felony charges of criminal conspiracy and transportation of a controlled substance.
Joseph Vanmear, 33, of Susanville, on felony charges of criminal conspiracy and transportation of a controlled substance.
Victoria Wilson, 36, of Susanville on felony charges of criminal conspiracy, transportation of a controlled substance and transportation/sale of a controlled substance.
Craig Allen, 28, of Susanville, on felony charges of criminal conspiracy and transportation/sale of a controlled substance.
Jeff Lord, 56, of Susanville, on felony charges of criminal conspiracy, transportation/sale of a controlled substance and committing a felony while pending felony.
Alma Miles, 33, of Susanville, on a felony charge of unlawful firearms sales.
Kenneth Miles, 27, of Susanville, on felony charges of a prohibited person owning or possessing a firearm, carrying a concealed firearm, possession of stolen property, sale of an imitation controlled substance, criminal conspiracy and a misdemeanor charge of selling or leasing a firearm.
Kristopher Moore, 27, of Susanville on felony charges of criminal conspiracy and transportation of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor charge of violation of probation.
Tami Presco, 54, of Susanville, on felony charges of criminal conspiracy and transportation of controlled substances.
Feather Ricketts, 27, of Susanville, on felony charges of criminal conspiracy and transportation of a controlled substance.
Joseph Sherwood, 26, of Susanville, on felony charges of transportation of a controlled substance and criminal conspiracy.

Tedd Butterfield, 61, of Susanville on a felony charge of being a prohibited person in possession of ammunition and a misdemeanor charge of possession of a controlled substance.
Jessica Butterfield, 28, of Susanville, on felony charges of transportation of a controlled substance, criminal conspiracy and a charge of sale of a like substance.
Suspects arrested on Oct. 4 include:
Amber Richardson, 37, of Susanville, on felony charges of carrying a concealed weapon and criminal conspiracy and a misdemeanor charge of selling or leasing a firearm.
Darrel Kratzberg, 42, of Susanville, on felony charges of transportation of a controlled substance, criminal conspiracy and a charge of sale of a like substance.

Cody Rogers, 41, of Susanville, on felony charges of transportation of a controlled substance and criminal conspiracy.
Brenda Vasquez, 44, of Susanville, on a felony charge of criminal conspiracy and a charge of transportation of a controlled substance.
Steven Michael Joseph, 35, of Susanville, on felony charges of transportation of a controlled substance and criminal conspiracy.

A local operation consisting of local, state and federal law enforcement targeted alleged methamphetamine and heroin storage and distribution centers operated by the Susanville White Boys gang, Wednesday, Oct. 3.
According to a statement from the Lassen County Sheriff’s Office, more than 200 local, state and federal law enforcement personnel executed 13 state search warrants and multiple state arrest warrants in and around Susanville, and the outlaying areas of the county.
The Lassen County District Attorney’s Office filed criminal complaints to several people affiliated with the Susanville White Boys Gang, charging them with various crimes, including drug sales, illegal firearms sales and other charges, according to the statement.
Several people were arrested.
The Susanville Police Department initiated the investigation, and investigative support was provided by the Lassen County Sheriff’s Office, the Sacramento Office of the FBI, Las Vegas Office of the FBI and California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation.
Participating federal, state, and local agencies include the California Highway Patrol, the Butte County Sheriff’s Office, the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, the Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Office, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Bureau of Land Management, the Plumas County Sheriff’s Office, Cal Fire, Department of Fish and Wildlife and the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services
