The Lassen Fire Safe Council announced it will not holds its regularly scheduled public general meeting this July.
According to a statement from the LFSC, “In lieu of the meeting, we will have a booth at the Lassen County Fair. Cade Mohler, managing director, will be manning the booth from 3 to 9 p.m. on our regularly scheduled day, July 19. So come on by and say hi, pick up a copy of the projects report, a fire-resistant plant and landscaping guide, a leaf and lawn chute and bags to help with clean-up while they last and enter our free drawing for great prizes. All of our staff will be rotating through during the fair, so make sure you come by and meet everyone if you haven’t already.”
The LFSC also offered, “a big shout out to all of our agency partners and to the community who came to our June General Meeting in Bieber.”
