The Lassen County Board of Supervisors solicits the aid of the general public in consideration of the following item:
Project: Public Hearing: Proposed ordinance amending the Designation of Building Sites process at the Spaulding Eagle Lake Tract by repealing Section 12.12.021, adding Section 16.40.120 and adding a fee for processing a building site designation to section 3.18.020 (File 316.09).
Applicant: Lassen County
The Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on this item at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 14, 2023, in the Board Chambers, 707 Nevada Street, Susanville, California. All interested persons and agencies are invited to attend the meeting and be heard, or to submit comments to the Board of Supervisors prior to the hearing, c/o Department of Planning and Building Services, 707 Nevada Street, Suite 5, Susanville, California 96130. A complete copy of the proposed ordinance to affect the ordinance amendment will be available for public review no later than five days prior to the Board of Supervisors’ public hearing in the office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors.
